The software engineering culture in some divisions is very toxic. The organization have quite a few mid level managers who are unprofessional in software engineering but enjoy political fights. Unfortunately, they occupy key positions in projects. This causes frictions and bad deliveries. In addition, the leadership removed higher cost employees in US and moved jobs to lower cost markets. This is a bad sign for people who work in US.
