MSI is fully eliminating DEI organization and roles. This change was hidden in a flurry of org announcements and they’re hoping employees won’t notice. Seeing MSI turn its back on its employees who want to contribute to our “inclusive” value is cowardly and will not age well. Company keeps repeating this line about being an inclusive workplace but there’s no program people or budget left to make sure that value is actually… valued. - Software engineering culture is also toxic and company is aiming to offshore lots of tech talent for low salaries.

In certain departments, there is lack of career growth and salary growth.

Management is not very friendly towards the employee

Wage increases are minimal. You better negotiate a strong starting wage

Admin and order management could be better
