Too many acquisitions destroying culture
Great experience so far. Very fast paced job with an over abundance of hands on experience. The position is demanding and rewarding on a daily bases.
So far there has been little time to focus on just training. While this creates a little stress, It reenforces the training program and allows real time application of the training.
