Good colleagues. Van driven back
Poor Management. No leadership. Heavy workload. No discpline
Good Environment, Nice culture and good compensation
Need to improve on communication across divisions and across country
great management team and fair compensation
no cons for this company
- The company at least on the regional / sg side is one big fraternity house culture that acts as a pro
- The company at least on the regional / sg side is one big fraternity house culture that itself acts as a con lol - Too few developers and engineers so product managers spend most time endlessly prioritising and re-prioritising the same requests or firefighting instead of doing productive work
The customer service team was very friendly, took great care of me, receptive to feedbacks too
The role itself and the nature of Ninja Van job give rise to many angry customers, making the job tough
Open for sharing and have space for learning
Line manager did not care about business flow, just do for getting spot-light for him and when have any struggle, he will push back for team to handle instead
Good good good good good
None none none none none
Learn to work independently and as a team, have many people who can help you. Open working environment
Need to communicate if too much work
- Good work-life balance - Fun work culture - Lots of room and opportunities to grow - Decent salary
- Periods of busyness can be quite stressful/tiring
Friendly environment Flexible working hours
Less nurturing, more on the site learning
