Need to improve on communication across divisions and across country

- The company at least on the regional / sg side is one big fraternity house culture that itself acts as a con lol - Too few developers and engineers so product managers spend most time endlessly prioritising and re-prioritising the same requests or firefighting instead of doing productive work

The role itself and the nature of Ninja Van job give rise to many angry customers, making the job tough

Line manager did not care about business flow, just do for getting spot-light for him and when have any struggle, he will push back for team to handle instead

Need to communicate if too much work

- Periods of busyness can be quite stressful/tiring

Less nurturing, more on the site learning

Micromanagement, unprofessional management with unprofessional attitude

- Annoying support issues/on-call - Limited growth

none. all good. welfare also good by the company

Manpower hiring issues and theft

Minimal benefits and no OT pay

Salary can be more competitive

Poor HR management and no career planning

Sometimes under appreciated and be too relied on

Too much workload and communication breakdown

the organizational structure needs to be improved

if you're finding a place to work with the discipline, NV should not a place to try. You will be yourself and do by own your way to complete the work.

Lots of work, overtime everyday, 1 rest day per week, not competitive salary and benefits, but worst of all is their HR (both during employment and after employment)

-Some birthing pains for sure, since it was a startup. Nothing game breaking though. -Writing this as a con, though some people will see this as a pro. The work can be taxing at times, as even though you aren't tied down by a 9-5 work schedule, I was pretty much on call for most of the week (this may vary depending on the position). This is typically how startup works, you hustle, you grind, you learn, you grow. But be prepared to have dinner with family but still have work on your mind, it becomes a HUGE part of your daily life and there are times that that can be an issue (miss out with family at times, get home late or get called on during a holiday etc.) -Needs to build more on the culture side. We were expanding massively during my time there, so there wasn't really room for anything but focusing on our core service - this is totally understandable. There were definitely efforts during the latter part of my stay to establish this, hope it continued when I left. -Not a lot in the way of benefits. Definitely could use some medical benefits for its employees.

Teamates not really helpful to let newcomers to do risky job

Their cons isnt a big deal to me , but i guess their pay is below average.

It’s very stressful but if you can take it you will be good

Salary is not very competitive and people tend to wear many hats here

If you have medical condition, this job is not recommended. Have to stand all hours to sort parcels.
