Senior associate
- Plenty of autonomy to work. - External courses available but courses are limited for Associates/Senior Associates. - Great learning ground. - Good work life balance, we are not expected to work over the weekends and we can plan our work such that it can be achieved from Mon-Fri within working hours. - Plenty of social activities planned by HR. - Coffee machine in the pantry.
- Senior management is overly focused on KPIs without understanding employee's pain points. - A lot of blame culture going on within or between teams when something goes wrong instead of settling it amicably. - Benefits are honestly not great. Pay is average and apart from the usual medical/insurance benefits, that's pretty much about it. - Lack of transparency in terms of career progression. Don't even know how the job leveling works.

Associate
- autonomy - laid back culture - can wear flip flops into office
- biased middle management. - middle managers are often more focused on meeting their own goals and objectives than on developing their employees. They may not provide constructive feedback or opportunities for growth. - tech stack is bad, everything is manual work. - expect yourself to be doing the same mundane work everyday. like packing lol. - promotion here is same pay but more work. - need to suck up to regional especially if youre in the local team. - If you are not looking for a role in operations, there is limited potential for career growth or salary increase in this industry. - The company is biased towards the regional team.
