Young environment, good pantry. Sufficient work-life balance during non-campaign period.
Can be more structured. Better compensation and clear career progression will definitely help to keep current employees motivated.
- very good culture - reasonable working hours - opportunity to travel for work
- minimal AL ( open time off does not equate to AL) - Corporate benefits insufficient - salary could be better
