The staff were sometimes inefficient and unable to come up with good decisions.

-Communication can be siloed sometimes, which could result in information not being disseminate to the right department -Salary should be able to adjusted to a higher banding (not a meaningless whining, but this should be about the company growth/earning and the employee's capabilities)

You'll get to work without equipment yet, late issuance of device needed

a bit disorganized sometimes, can be boring working at a slow pace

No career growth. You stay in your position for a long time. Promotion is not laid out.
