The colleagues that I met there are the nicest people, however we are all overworked and underappreciated.
Higher Management is all on a friendly basis and not based on professionalism. They should be more professional, understand what employees need and focus more on retention rather than natural attrition. Higher management takes advantage of its employees and overwork them especially after retrenchment which resulted in people taking over others role. No succession planning. They want to keep their own people.
Regional manager
General work environment & culture is healthy. Pay is adjusted accordingly to market standards annually
Still at optimization stage, some markets are more profitable than others
Product manager
Quite a fair bit of autonomy in the past.
Lack of clear direction from product leaders. Office experienced flooding, non-edible mushrooms growing indoors, frogs in the toilet, mould infestation.
Fleet supervisor
Hands on. Communication driven. Pushes you to think and make decisions for yourself.
Foundation still being built. SOP are not clear. Abrupt changes to procedures.
Regional associate
Colleagues are great, decent and helpful when not bogged down. Opportunities are there if you want to step up.
Messy, messy organization. Compensation is very painful and you need to be proactive in fighting for pay improvements.

- flexi schedule and work arrangement - start-up, your outputs matter and have impact
- no other benefits aside from leaves, monthly allowance, HMO - monday to saturday (since you're working with ops)
