Lead generation executive
Very helpful management and nice working arrangement
Lack of training. Need to do regular training
Project coordinator
Not much, typical corporate working culture and so-so pay and pretty standard basic benefits
stagnant compensation package and nothing exciting to keep the workplace lively
Software engineer (se-2)
Supportive teammates and managers; strong focus on learning and growth. Good work–life balance with no after-hours work. Flexible working hours and WFH when needed. Talented and knowledgeable employees. Free lunch provided.
Lack of in-office recreational facilities (e.g., TT/foosball). Team outings and activities have been stopped for the last few quarters and could be restarted. More employee feedback on lunch and improved diversity in future hiring would help.
Marketing and communications
Great culture, fast-paced environment, and full ownership of projects
Company is not profitable Benefits are substandard Management doesn’t mentor and seems clueless on how to grow
Production operator
- Straight-foward task - fast payment
- heavy workload - long hours
Administrative assistant
Good company for long term
no at all for this company
Station officer
-with benefits -provides equipment for work
-only pays overtime 2hrs and up, so they will ask you to work overtime, but not exceeding 2hrs lol -favoritism. the regional managers always favor her best/closest friends -gaslighting you into thinking that the company cares for you. well, this is not true. they abuse their station officers and riders. we were always overworked. demanding one person to do tasks that should be done by 4-5 people. -requiring riders to sign papers that will eventually lead to their termination, because they will pressure the riders to work an unreachable number of deliveries that are unrealistic, knowing that it's geographically hard to do so, given the location of the hub. -overall, not a good company.
Regional head of department
Autonomy and made some good friends
Frat culture Nepotism Narcissistic C Suite Too big a regional team People management and talent management will most likely be the cause of a mid term downfall
Senior associate
Good culture with very nice colleagues
Pay can be better here
Delivery rider
Good and nice company nice to work with
I do not know lots of things to figure out
