Runs like a college frat house. Too many people in senior positions who are definitely not qualified to do their job, just so happened to go to the same school / batch as the founders.

Modestly good compensation for tech. Genuinely fun and great colleagues. Handling of 'unlimited' PTO is practical - not too restrictive, but not too flamboyant either. Management is practical and practices sustainable hiring. Beer tap.
