Flexible working environment, hybrid working
Low salary, change on company vision
Sr. product manager, technical
Growth opportunities. Leadership direction. Product ready org. Collaborative teams.
Focuses more on execution. Relatively less focus on customer obsession.

Good working office environment .

Software engineer
Decent benefits. Good colleagues. Managers don’t micromanage
Engineering vision might not be too concrete. Too many juniors not enough seniors.
Operations
- people are helpful and open - everyone willing to learn
- good to have more experienced managers leading
Staff software engineer
It used to be one of the best cutting-edge tech firms, especially in the early years of the company. The tech stack remains cutting-edge, with a robust team of core engineers, and the culture within some teams is notably cohesive.
Over time, there has been a notable lack of technical expertise in senior management within the technology sector. Senior engineering managers seem to excessively delegate tasks, resulting in a lack of ground-level involvement. It is surprising that senior engineering managers or the VP are not actively participating in crucial technical product deliverables. While the CTO is involved in some key initiatives and conducts valuable tech-sharing sessions, the overall impression is akin to that of a struggling startup. It may take decisive action from a senior CEO/CTO to implement necessary management changes.
Finance
Great leader, career advancement, flexible working hours, nice environment.
Lesser rewards such as benefit in kind and benefit in cash
The culture and bond that was built because everyone is on the same boat.
1. Weak/bad management 2. Department heads can speak better than the c-suite in the recent town hall / q & a. Not sure if that is how the c suite should behave. 3. Poor compensation/benefits to the local team 4. Management is resistant to changes unless someone from the top force the instructions down. 5. Other departments have to jump in to assist another department in cleaning up their processes while management didn't say anything.
Great teammates and collaborative environment
Work environment may not be the best
