KPI not so justifiable, no standard SOP

At a point where startup vs medium enterprise. Transition period may be difficult for some

After 5yrs if lucky then get promoted if not pay stagnant no increment

Start -up so not yet focus on employees benefits

1. Treating people from a different race as a minority (especially applicable when you join as a junior resource) 2. Even after you join the firm, you are still labelled as an outsider 3. Lack of open communication 4. Terrible office space 5. Not very people friendly ( I guess it relates back to the first point)

Small IT team, low exposure

Pay is average-mediocre. Structurally quite messy. Firefighting everyday

bad management. No flexible schedule for CS. Boss does not care about your needs.
