Lean company structure allows everyone to take ownership and contribute to the business in an impactful manner. Fast paced environment leads to ample opportunities for learning and personal growth. CEO is very capable and hands-on.
General lack of structure due to the extremely rapid growth of the company. This is quickly improving however.
Relax and fun culture, always trying new initiatives
Too many requests, too little benefits. Management appears brash and inexperience.
Pros - pantry, activities and benefits
Management tend to side with in charge. HR only cares about company than your well-being
Good stuff good exposure good people
Not much structure quite hectic
Would take in any fresh grad without any relevant experience/skills as long as the candidate has a referral within the company. High flexibility and autonomy for you to work.
Lack of communication, corporation and bias within the department Often would push the fault to the interns or the contract employees when there is a problem.
Keep moving office every 2 years.
Nepotism where certain employees are favoured because they joined earlier
fast growing sector great cap table generally laid back and autonomous culture decently strong c-level leadership
weak middle management low to zero non-cash benefits uncompetitive salary structure glass ceilings all around that impedes progress
Nothing is good..poor management and always short of manpower
High penalty,low parcels rates.no life
HMO are for superiors only, no benefits for staff on ground who do the leg work
- Burned out environment, low salary, no social life
Good learning environment, most of the management are approachable
Not suitable for experienced employees, salary increments and bonuses are paid late, progression is biased and depends if your boss likes you or not
