Routine instability, work fluctuates daily

No opportunities to grow No recognition for going beyond your duties

Progression is slow, salary not as competitive

Hard worker having to work on alot more projects on hand to cover low performance colleagues. At the end of the day, those low performance colleagues does not get penalise by manager and will still get similar pay increment and bonus every year to the extent that it seem like the management are condoning poor performance and promote lazy work attitude.

Sometimes decision making is slow.

None that I am aware of

Very regulated no space for creativity

Expect a lot but you are compensated for your efforts

Leadership issues, it wasn't what I expected

So much bureaucracy it was hard to work efficiently
