payment could be higher than stated

Constant/ongoing reduction of human resource and over reliance on substandard and poorly implemented systems. Focus is entirely Wall Street perception and little to no appreciation of the employees who create value.

Frequent change in leadership team and restructuring

Lots of administrative nonsense, which misaligned incentives in a very bad way. Company is extremely oriented toward wall street performance and communication, which makes it very short-termist. Finally, some managers take gender parity as an outcome, I have seen managers pulling women (mostly) into roles just to make sure they get 50/50 parity; again driven by bad incentives.

It could improve the salary since similar positions in another country are better payments despite having the same obligations.

I dont like Shift work,

stability of the company status

Showcasing all the time (good work doesn't get you promoted, you have to go to great efforts to show-off)

CEO and culture are ruining the company

Slow & delayed growth opportunities in terms of promotions

Little support for upper management

beware they lay off all the time

Unorganized; very poor management; checks and balances not in place

Promotions difficult salary very less chances for new opportunities

Can be some favoritism shown

Some travel depending on how large the territory.

Inconsistent Management. The position is great if your manager is professional and reasonable.

No growth as it has a flat structure

Stock price is so bad that the yearly bonuses are basically worth nothing in the end. The company has no clear direction. They move people into roles they are not qualified for. They require you to be in the office. They are inconsistent with their policies.

Sometimes it feels like your being micromanaged

Management is poor. No leadership. You cannot trust HR or your management.

Impossible to grow within the company

You will just have no control really of what happens, and managers hate getting in trouble so will pressure you to be perfect.

Continuous changes & reorganization after reorganization.
