Worst career path ever , worst learning ans development ever bad people

Changing priorities has made support functions less stable and more likely to be eliminated. This is forcing fewer people to have to get more done.

Poor salary package, short changes employees

Growth opportunities and promotions are completely dependent on your group and boss, which can be good or bad for you. It was bad for me. I watched other colleagues that possessed similar skills/experience/capabilities as myself get promoted, and in some cases, get promoted more than once, before I received a single promotion. I intend to leave the company soon to find my next step since Pfizer continues to move the target for what is needed to promote me. I've been on the promotion list for ~1.5 years now and have no indication that I will be promoted anytime soon.

None. Everything was excellent. Only worry was always job stability with the markets.

Change and restructuring are expected to happen more frequently.

Poor management, no room for advancement, underpaid

Salary can be the worse of the market. For a company that is doing so great in recent years is appalling what the offer. They need to stop thinking that pride to work there in enough.
