Human resources coordinator (hr coordinator)
No pros to think of
Worst career path ever , worst learning ans development ever bad people
Sr manager regulatory affairs
Worked with a fantastic team. Whenever something needed to get accomplished everyone I reached out to was willing to think outside the box, identify resources and accomplish the tasks.
Changing priorities has made support functions less stable and more likely to be eliminated. This is forcing fewer people to have to get more done.
Process engineer
Good bonus, recognition programme for peers.
Poor salary package, short changes employees
Scientist
Good pay and good benefits
Growth opportunities and promotions are completely dependent on your group and boss, which can be good or bad for you. It was bad for me. I watched other colleagues that possessed similar skills/experience/capabilities as myself get promoted, and in some cases, get promoted more than once, before I received a single promotion. I intend to leave the company soon to find my next step since Pfizer continues to move the target for what is needed to promote me. I've been on the promotion list for ~1.5 years now and have no indication that I will be promoted anytime soon.

Great boss. Great team. Great training.
None. Everything was excellent. Only worry was always job stability with the markets.
Senior scientist
Good work and life balance; friendly working environment; flexible working schedule.
Change and restructuring are expected to happen more frequently.
Associate
Learning, certifications, cross training, travel opportunities.
Poor management, no room for advancement, underpaid
Senior process scientist
Company culture is great. Leadership is really supportive and cares about career growth
Salary can be the worse of the market. For a company that is doing so great in recent years is appalling what the offer. They need to stop thinking that pride to work there in enough.
