Work pretty repetitive, but not a big problem.

None that I can think of

Poor management, poor development oppurtunities, nepotism

Some of the equipment was old.

No major cons at this point

Lack of leadership from middle management Overloaded and trying to do too much without focus

Connect is more of a call center and not pharmaceutical sales. I was excited to work for a prestige companies such as Pfizer but the Connect leadership only cares about quantity not quality. Every few months our expectations for our calls, virtual interactions and sales are raised and at this point they are pretty much unachievable.

Cog in a machine and sometimes felt lost in such a big compay

Salaries compared to same roles in other pharma are on the lower end of the scale

The amenities are not great and you can get laid off anytime
