About Us
Pong Codan Rubber (M) Sdn Bhd is a pioneer automotive rubber products manufacturer in Malaysia, established with a manufacturing license from MIDA on January 18, 1989. The company benefits from the expertise and technical assistance of its two foreign shareholders, Pongpara Codan Rubber Co., Ltd. of Thailand and Codan Gummi A/S of Denmark, both with over 90 years of experience.
What We Do
The company specializes in manufacturing solid and sponge rubber profiles, shaped hoses, and moulded rubber products for automotive original equipment manufacturers (OEM) and other industries. Through its technical partnerships, including one with Toyoda Gosei of Japan, Pong Codan Rubber integrates European and Japanese technologies to offer a comprehensive range of rubber products. It maintains stringent quality control and conducts ongoing product research at its Technical Services Laboratories.

Export Assistant
The Export Assistant is responsible for coordinating order processing between overseas customers and the factory. This role involves managing delivery instructions, working with forwarding agents for overseas shipments, preparing delivery documents, and monitoring sales and on-time deliveries.
IT Assistant
The IT Assistant supports the IT Manager in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network systems, and provides orientation to new users on existing technologies. The role includes assisting with budget management, maintaining CCTV systems, disposing of IT hardware properly, and preparing technical reports based on information analysis.
Export Executive
The Export Executive coordinates export order processing between overseas customers and the factory to ensure smooth production and shipment flow. This role involves preparing delivery instructions, liaising with logistics providers, monitoring shipment schedules, preparing export documents, and communicating with Japanese customers using basic Japanese when required.
