Job Description

In this position, the Export Assistant will engage in daily interactions with overseas customers and internal teams to facilitate smooth order processing. The work environment is dynamic, requiring collaboration with production and logistics teams to meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate order processing between overseas customers and the factory.
  • Provide delivery instructions to the production section.
  • Collaborate with forwarding agents for overseas deliveries.
  • Monitor daily sales and report on performance metrics.
  • Prepare essential documents such as delivery notes and invoices.
  • Ensure on-time delivery performance is met consistently.
  • Address any issues related to order fulfillment and delivery.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least an Advanced Diploma or equivalent.

Candidate must have at least 1 year of working experience in the related field.

Candidate must have a sound understanding of Microsoft Office.
