Export Executive – Pong Codan Rubber (M) Sdn Bhd

The Export Executive is responsible for coordinating export order processing between overseas customers and the factory. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth production and shipment flow while maintaining effective communication with various stakeholders.

In this role, the Export Executive will engage in daily interactions with overseas customers and logistics providers to facilitate the export process. The work environment is dynamic, requiring strong coordination and attention to detail to manage multiple shipments effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate export order processing between customers and the factory.
• Prepare delivery instructions and export documents.
• Liaise with logistics providers to monitor shipment schedules.
• Communicate with Japanese customers using basic Japanese when required.
• Track shipment records and resolve export-related issues.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for all shipments.
