Job Description

The Export Executive is responsible for coordinating export order processing between overseas customers and the factory to ensure smooth production and shipment flow. This role involves preparing delivery instructions, liaising with logistics providers, monitoring shipment schedules, preparing export documents, and communicating with Japanese customers using basic Japanese when required. The Export Executive also tracks shipment records and coordinates with internal departments to resolve export-related issues.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain / Business Studies, or equivalent.

Japanese language literacy (JLPT N4) is an added advantage – able to read simple emails, handle basic communication, and understand basic Japanese terms.

Minimum 1 year of working experience in export, shipping, logistics, or supply chain functions.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under time pressure.

Good communication skills and a positive working attitude.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple shipments at once.
