Job Description
The IT Assistant supports the IT Manager in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network operating systems. This role involves providing orientation to new users on existing technologies, assisting with control of computer system budgets and expenditures, and supporting setup and maintenance of CCTV systems for the admin department. The IT Assistant also ensures proper disposal of IT hardware, prepares technical reports by analyzing information and trends, and performs other related duties during working hours.
Job Requirements
The candidate must have a sound understanding of computer systems including software, hardware, and networks.
The candidate must possess at least an Advanced Diploma in information technology or an equivalent qualification.
At least 1 year of working experience in a related field is required.
