Job Description
The IT Assistant engages in day-to-day activities that involve assisting with various IT tasks and providing support to users. The work environment is dynamic, requiring collaboration with the IT team and interaction with other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Provide orientation to new users on existing technologies.
- Assist in controlling computer system budgets and expenditures.
- Support the setup and maintenance of CCTV systems for the admin department.
- Ensure proper disposal of IT hardware.
- Prepare technical reports by analyzing information and trends.
- Perform other related duties during working hours.
Job Requirements
Advanced Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent qualification.
At least 1 year of working experience in a related field.
Sound understanding of computer systems including software, hardware, and networks.
