really need to improve your operation dept efficiency, and be more open to and transparent in communication with the front line sales team.
Agent voices are heard, there's a wonderful product team back then who will take in our feedback, hold regular conversations with us to come out with better products IT wise, Pru made sales process very easy for agents to present and close deals on the spot. Everything is as seamless as it can be.
Not so much issues with Prudential but just pick your AL wisely. Some ALs has more say to the mgmt because they lead bigger teams but this is pretty understandable just that you really need to join bigger teams to be heard.
