As part of IT, I found their workflow to be unnecessarily tedious, and no one knows why and can give good justification. I understand that as an Insurance company you cannot release as you want, but there are some rules I feel like the implementor has no clear idea the justification of it other than it being a rule from the global company or from audit - where they just implement for the hell of it. I also feel like IT here is solely a supplementary for the business side, having none of its own goal, and can barely have a decent career progression due to that. So if you're aiming to be an innovative IT person, I don't suggest this place because you will face A LOT of obstacles and will barely have any support, from management side, or from technical side.

Because of how good and big the company is, it is filled with lousy people. even if you are politically strong you need to be in the right team to win. Using a lot of different technologies but everything is poorly implemented and documented
