My mentor / boss didn’t provide much support

consultant compensation structure is not the best

None really, apart from a really effed work environment. I cant believe they are in the business of trust! They treat workers as commodities, and will discard you as one.

Some time you have to stretch.

Some departments have an "old school" way of working.

multi change structure often, so need to learn how to quick adapt.

IT and digital are undergoing transformation and development, with frequent changes in senior management and objectives, so we need to make every effort to adapt to these changes.

Very structured organization with lower risk maturity. Alot of extra time and effort needed to complete work

The system is incomplete and the structure is aging

Self employed. Tough for fresh grads with no connection

low pay, location not so convenient, work gets repetitive

Stress but it is nature of the work. Unclear career path.

Nothing bad, great overall company

- After Re-org, noticed BOSSY attitude in management which was not supposed, as i was working under the umbrella of LEADERS. Leaders - Under whom, you will feel happy and safe to work with learning several things. Boss - You will always feel pressurized, Anxious.

Not sure about the working environment, slow pace working enviroment

Rigid work culture, red tape, office politics

Bad in pay, they dont start good pay at entry level but willing to pay more to hire outsider

No policies are followed. Very silo work, and no one cares about each other

Not enough training for juniors with little experiences, most of the software and data processing are tedious and outdated.

I guess usually I experience problems with policy services where it can be a bit slow. Cases incepting can be slow at times as well.

Work and personal life integrates a lot Pay is not consistent, it feels like a rat race every month.

Long working hours and high work load.

Branding and scaling is not big enough.

Salary is Purely commission based pay

claw backs are quite painful if u did not hit that month’s target

countless as it is a bottomless hell of pure politics and bureaucracy.
