Heavy workload, need OT, limited recourse and tight timeline on project level.

Old people who are narrow-minded and conservative. Too many manual tasks with low efficiency.

Commission only , no pay for the massive amount of service that clients need .

Cons: Need to constantly find sales.

Processes and systems not operated smoothly. Kinda harsh to deal with colleagues while using such benefits even if it has been approved by Line Managers. Need to defend and protect self by back up data to avoid being deleted (un)intentionally.

Workload can vary dramatically. Depends on the day, workload could be back to back or do nothing whole day.

Promotion is not based on merit

None really comes to mind as I’ve been lucky to have only positive experiences! Had one of the best managers ever and an excellent team.
