Flexible and can work from home
Work overtime, benefits are average compare to other financial services firms
- Great work life balance - High number of employees with 10+ years tenure evidence of great culture - Ample amount of trainings to growth both professionally and personally. - Unlike most firms CEOs might end of sitting with you during Lunch and ask how you doing and how can they help. - Decent pay packages and benefits
- Internal Audit dept. was probably the not so good department. - Lots of office politics was going on. - HoA was even heard of making inappropriate remarks to female team members which was escalated to HR by them
