heavy workload, lack of work life balance

The employment contracts and salary are somewhat misrepresented making it confusing

However is very cut throat. Managers won't hesitate to throw you away.

Tasks could be mundane sometimes

There are some politically issues on cross department, superior is not covering you if there are some chasing from cross department

It could do a little of more advertising, especially here in Kenya, where it wasn't that known by people.

Not very supportive if you are not in a good team.

Company mission statement not reflected in actions of out-sourcing providers. Customer service experience very poor, mostly due to outdated systems and stodgy processes. Internal communication is almost non-existent, with direct communication to some processing areas not allowed at all. Staff are brilliant and everyone wants to do the best for clients, but are often let down by systems and communication.
