Do not have cons at all..

Stressful in convincing customers to buy a policy

Non flat environment Non diversity Less opportunities

Hectic working hours, OT payment depending on departments (some doesn't pay, while some does), management likes to reshuffle every year that is not efficient use of manpower and talent reallocation.

Too much work ha ha

Need to work during weekend sometimes

Can be really busy during peak period, 9:00am-2:00am

Very long working hour. Overtime pay is removed during the pandemic. Employees have limited right to choose the date of annual leave. Very strong hierarchy. Can never expect work-life balance.

Work load is a bit high but still OT is not common.

Don't really have cons in regards to the company. Probably a higher pay would be preferred, however as a part-timer the pay is expected.

I think the politics is high

Worked really hard to ensure the demerger of Prudential & M&G was a success with little help from our Technology partners at TCS, the week after we delivered the project, they outsourced our jobs to TCS. #stabbed in the back.
