Might be difficult if there is no coaching

No work in the real sense, unrealistic plans, and work is done based on HOPE that someday a certain product will get launched and nothing happened in the last 3 years. Incompetent leadership is clueless about what to do and is not strong enough to push the India case. Previous leadership was strong but they left within a year. No growth, poor salary hike as there is no work or hardly any meaningful work. The company is bearing the center for no good reason

No major cons. But since the company is still in the middle of ramping up its presence in India, they are literally operating like a start up and are working out of Co Working space which has its limitations (eg lack of vehicle parking, organized team for IT assistance etc )

Political environment, lots of long serving management who really shouldn’t be managing!

It was a stressful job, you even had to lunch in which take you only 30 mins to eat and long working hours however overtime is paid for it but you wouldn’t have no choice if you feel like leaving early or lunch for 1 hour. Very strict in punctuality, will penalise you for being late even if its only for 1 minute.

Well established system that is no room for breakthrough from bottom up
