Pathetic work life balance. You are honestly treated like slaves. They expect you to login 24*7. Irrespective at 9 pm. Several occassions they will call you and expect you to login and respond to a stupid ask. Team members when sick or demise of loved ones still not been spared. Ethics team is another comedy. You raise a concern, the next minute the individual against whom the complaint has been raised will be aware. US orders and the bonded labourers listen
