Lots of work, a lot of stressed ppl around, work environment could be better, also some good vibes are missing

I was informed that I passed and they would have available classes on April and May. I followed up multiple times but did not receive a single reply. Hoping that since applicants invest time and effort during the hiring process PWC can do the same. If you are no longer hiring please notify and don't leave us hanging.

Depends on your team, if the manager is good, all is well. Other than that no problem.

Firm needs to rethink their promotion planning as there are alot of Senior Associates and employees in all grades that are demotivated as a result of the structure created within the firm which determines who gets promoted or not. Bonus - Bonus is very small compared to what the partners take. I don't expect to take even 5% of what they get but I think a firm such as PwC - can pay employees £10k or more based on the inflow of revenue. Overtime - Senior Associates do majority of the work in the firm but are not allowed to bill for overtime. Again, this is something the firm needs to look into as we work like slaves.

Very little variable pay, micromanagers making it difficult to work, pushing on 5 days wfo when there is no certainty of client location to go to.

- preaches about work-life balance but no actual practice (in fact, you attract negative attention from managers/seniors if you do practice it) - most managers pride themselves on their long working hours - i have lost count the number of times my managers has told me "time management" when it comes to juggling multiple jobs and part-time studies

Salary is lower than what is performed in the banks
