What I experienced at Renesas was that it treats people truly with respect, even in very difficult situation, despite of age, race etc. Also, I experienced that people are more important than keeping the profits over 10% ( as in US companies ).
For some people it was difficult to work with Japanese or French teams because of the language. For many it was unpleasant to work with UK teams because of their bureaucratic attitude and people's arrogance & ignoring attitude towards "the other".

Discussions of politics are frequent and theres a very particular ideology given by the Palm Bay location. If you aren't conservative you will probably not feel that comfortable.
