After Renesas acquired Dialog, budget was greatly reduced.

Constant changes in higher management have created a lack of stability. There's a lot of talk about scaling, yet the company continues to hire more upper management while letting go of the technical team. Higher management seems focused only on the numbers, without understanding the effort and manpower required to develop a product. They don't take the time to learn about the products and often assume all products are the same level of complexity—when in reality, that’s far from true.

Terrible management - no planning, no coordinating, inconsistency. Driven by culture clash between Japan and US: Japan focused on technology not customers, management fighting and lack of respect between US and Japan causes lack of clarify and focus.

A little bit lower salary

Uncertain future, lack of income, tight budgets, no team-building events, no pay increases, no possibility to move up the ladder.
