If you are childish, you can see great opportunities for improving your skills. Good management and well-established work. There are many guides here. An employee always has someone to turn to with any questions. Frequent publications of company news. There is insurance and offers from partners (discounts in the gym and the like) There is an internal store where you can spend virtual coins earned for achievements or additional tasks.
If you are observant, you can notice how the company is trying to save on employees (promotions, salaries) Half of the employees do not stay longer than 1-2 years (in my observation) Recently, a career growth plan was implemented. But some decisive conditions do not depend on you. Because of this, the transition to the next level may take 1 year+ or, in theory, never, although initially it is calculated for half a year

You can learn new softwares when you don't have task
After 3 months I figured out everything I wanted to know. Very often overtime, people exploatation, micromenagment on all levels, suspicious lead roles etc. If you have studio with open roles every month that can be a good sign how they treat people they hired and why people don't stay there in long term. In short , avoid this company.

Mostly great people in teams and lower management
Problems with higher management. Don't value people much. Can release you in one day without warning.
