- No growth - Salary freeze - Multiple ownership changes and high turnover ( Used to be IHS Markit and it has been absorbed to S&P Global when I was there and I heard there may be another one coming ).

Delayed and dry Promotions Self learning methodology. No support for new joiners and environment to steep learning curve and survival is less likely for freshers. No extra curricular activities for software developing professionals. No outings no activities for IT departments like fellow analyst workers
