Being an employee offers a good work culture, diverse environments, and a fully developed workflow.
However, it often comes with low income, work overload, and limited opportunities for growth.

Flexible work environment (can work remotely or in office). Casual dress. While it is a large company, every team I’ve interacted with seem to have a “start up” culture. Also, senior management is very approachable.
Mediocre pay, and unstructured training. The latter comment is somewhat of a pro and con, depending on your personality. If you’re like me, that works fine as I find I thrive in those environments. But if you’re a person who is looking to be told what to do, this is not the job for you. Must be a highly analytical thinker and good problem solver.

Real unlimited PTO — if your projects are on-time and high quality they don’t care how often you’re gone. Leadership is competent and not-stressful. Projects are varied and fun.
Very bureaucratic. Pay could be more competitive for the industry - but management knows the WLB is unbeatable so they choose to keep comp on the lower end.

Work is interesting, meaty, and demands you lean in, which makes for a dynamic place to contribute.
Working on downsizing is always at the forefront of conversation, even with such a profitable organization.
