organization level rules are really good. Company provides an additional 20k well being allowance, hybrid wok policy, good leave policy, 6 months paternity.
Micromanagement to the core. You have to work on weekends to meet your targets. You will never logout on time. Check if you are being hired for Legacy S&P team or teams that are acquired by S&P. Legacy CapIQ teams are good. Managers expect you to work on paternity as well.

Unfortunately, the leadership line that I directly reported to were full of toxic leaders. They did not take any accountability for their words or actions nor did they promote a healthy work environment.
