Good company to work with and good culture
No cons for the company
Flexible wfh arrangements (1-2 days in office depending on manager or fully remote available for some positions Amazing people- you can tell everyone loves what they do and they want to talk about what they do and share knowledge Pay is ok- can’t complain too much (3-4% yearly raise with 6%+ bonus if you are more junior), but I will say most team members want more compensation since we are almost forced to perform above our grade levels. Opportunities to grow within the company
Sometimes I feel overworked and burnt out. But this is do to management over promising what our already burnt out team can deliver.
Relaxed work environment, nice management
No work culture or incentive for office
