1) The admin department and its services are worse than a government office 2) The Company is slow in implementing policies 3) Copies other companies/trends on workplace policies. It seems the policymakers don't have a mind of their own 4) Too many Managers and fewer employees who do the ground work 5) Their 3-month notice period policy is a bummer 6) It is difficult to fire even an underperforming employee due to the company's policies 7) Senior people who have been working for a long time in this company have turned the workplace into a government office and are rude as well. 8) The Company is slow-moving. Any changes or decisions are implemented very slowly, as they require an unnecessary number of approvals 9) The Company's insurance program is subpar compared to other organisations 10) New ideas are not much appreciated

Extremely toxic and egotistic leadership, with no empathy and regard for culture and mutual-respect. Absolute bullies, shout at employees and throw tantrums in public. Don’t believe in coaching and development. Need everything yesterday. Don’t allow challenging the status quo, just have to follow orders. Can’t voice your opinion without repercussion. Everyone works in fear of losing their job anytime. HR knows everything, but does nothing and has no power. Long hours!
