not efficient, loose management and not so healthy working culture
Learning & Development: Schneider Electric fosters a culture of continuous learning. I benefited from mentorship by senior leaders, access to internal training programs, and exposure to cross-functional teams, which deepened my understanding of sustainable energy and automation strategies.Collaborative Culture: The team was highly supportive, encouraging interns to share ideas and take ownership of deliverables. The open-door policy at all levels made it easy to seek guidance and feedback.Innovation-Driven: Schneider’s commitment to sustainability and digital innovation was inspiring. Working on projects aligned with their "Life Is On" mission gave me a sense of purpose in contributing to a greener future.
As with many large corporations, decision-making processes could sometimes be slow due to multiple layers of approval. However, this also provided valuable lessons in navigating complex organizational structures.
None to speak of whatsoever
I joined SE through the acquisition of EcoAct. Suffice to say this has become one of the worst places to work, with constant belittling, toxic management, corporate gaslighting running rife. The acquisition process has been plagued by the higher ups, who are essentially politicians who have no idea and no vested interest in the detail of the acquisition, but make the decisions and expect everybody to get in line. Challenge that or voice alternatives and you're met with time wasting calls that are essentially people taking credit for your ideas and belittling you and bullying you into submission. The company is just interested in gimmicks, such as constant rubbish talk around AI and a million acronyms to make them sound cool, but actually sound quite pathetic. And if you think their replies here are geneuine, think again, they've responded with AI - they don't care about the employees!
Good growth and extremely good culture
Nothing to be honest . They are doing everything right
Good Organization, Good Learning, Great Work Life Balance
