Corporate SE feels like a different company than the Sustainability Business, a standalone consulting division. Corporate SE has a positive culture and modern benefits not found in other companies. Consulting leaders are inspirational and focused -- they represent the teams within the sustainability business that are worth joining.
Other leaders in this division are out of their depth -- they consistently have revenue misses, few customer success stories, high performer turnover, and poor employee survey results. They are grossly incompetent to lead a line of business and are a drain on their own teams.
