Can be confusing as it is such a large organsiation.

It is a good company but work can get monotonous sometimes

Somewhat below average sectoral salary in Hungary

Very slow in decision making and too much red tape

Perception of company isn’t reality They push the wellbeing and mental health of employees narrative but they don’t really care Very much a “not my job” attitude throughout the uk business Arrogant Executive Committee The UK don’t align with the rest of the group as much of the money is spent on high salaries for the chosen ones High turnover of staff…check out the number of jobs on indeed or LinkedIn HR department is useless

There is an environment of bigotry in this company. Many stories of discrimination and harassment.
