Everything about it is excellent
Work load, work hours, distance
SE puts a lot of attention on employee well-being and pays better than some direct competitors.
Some positions are overloaded with work and require more than 50 hours per week to keep up.
Only provide good work life balance. Some projects could be interesting too!
Growth Opportunities are abysmal!!! There is no growth, no plan, and no action on employee growth. Countless programs and what not, but no real impact.
Benefits, company culture and values, flexible hours, home-office, good people
Corporate rules, no real decision making competency, long and complex approval processes
Very human driven and take care of employees
Heavy structure and sometimes slow to make changes
Very flexible, supports work life balance, helps you go in the direction you want to, people are all really nice to work with - mostly!
Don’t really have any, I’m a big fan of working for SE!
MNC, large company and friendly colleagues
Too much politics and systems
one of the best places to work
none as such - ambitious company
Excellent time off and benefits. The company as a whole seems great, but the particular manufacturing facility was abysmal.
Absolutely slow to change and accepting of the status quo. Even with a two sets of consultants brought in to help, solutions were thrown to the wayside once the services left.
Interesting work, lots of opportunities in regional or global roles, benefits are reasonable
Budget cuts happen to programs and it is possible to end up on the RIF list unexpectedly due to those program budget cuts. Management does work hard to find placement opportunities for those impacted
