Referral programs are not great

Nothing per say, depends on teams and individuals

There is not much growth technically.

I rated this company with 1 star because even if I had good memories with this company, the toxicity I experienced before leaving the company far outweighed the positive experience. Immature Team Lead: I had a team lead who would disclose sensitive information to her team members. Work issues discussed during one-on-ones were shared with her subordinates, promoting a culture of gossiping. Power tripping was very rampant during my stay. Some bullies were promoted. You would also wonder how sensitive issues handled by HR spread like wildfire on the floor. One could hide the hearing in Taguig, but the details still leaked. I spent 5+ years in this company and my team lead that time failed to process my resignation. The least they could do was to process my resignation without delay. I have also witnessed how managers denied very qualified employees of their promotions because the preferred candidate was a very close friend or part of their clique. It's also a common practice inside to inconvenience hopefuls by interviewing them even if they already have a strong, internal (within the cluster) candidate. Probably just to comply to a certain requirement. Such a waste of time for both the hiring managers and applicants.

Traditional business, so change comes slow.
