I love the working environment of the company
As someone who just started working I find it harder to climb up the hierarchy ladder just because the company is huge!
Supervisor
Great team in the plant. Everyone on the floor was always supportive and helpful in accomplishing whatever initiatives were being pushed at the time. Frankly - they over pay, and the time off policy is ridiculously good.
A toxic culture from the top with very few manager's that really get it. Changes in Company leadership, plant leadership, and management always led to a change in direction. Every time you'd gain traction in one direction, management would change, priorities would change, and you'd start on something new from scratch.
Network engineer
Great benefits and other retirement options
No work life balance. Depending on the group you are working with, could be highly stressful.
Associate
Good benefits and physical environment
Sales focused environment and many politics
Bid manager

Senior vice president
- People oriented company. Lot's of initiatives, benfits and perks to support career growth, personal growth and well-being - Competitive salary, gender neutral - Big corporation leading the business the operate in. Lot's of opportunities and 'big' budgets to be really impactful as a professional - Value innovation
- It's a big corporation. Can take time for someone coming from sart-ups / smaller companies to learn how to really operate successfully
