As someone who just started working I find it harder to climb up the hierarchy ladder just because the company is huge!

A toxic culture from the top with very few manager's that really get it. Changes in Company leadership, plant leadership, and management always led to a change in direction. Every time you'd gain traction in one direction, management would change, priorities would change, and you'd start on something new from scratch.

No work life balance. Depending on the group you are working with, could be highly stressful.

Sales focused environment and many politics

Majority of staff are inexperienced or have only worked at Schneider gaining experience through graduate programme, the processes are not developed by experienced people and not according to best practice

None that i can see

Not much work available to grow your skills and knowledge

- It's a big corporation. Can take time for someone coming from sart-ups / smaller companies to learn how to really operate successfully
