*Always Learning, Opportunity to build Depth is always available *Good Coaching & Mentorship culture
*Leadership Weakness - Strong on Personal Agenda *Working on developing the Market can create a non-inclusive environment. *Work-life balance is still a myth; there is no flexi-work, and high demand to accommodate stakeholders. *No Psychological Safety

Friendly co-workers, good pay, everyone is willing to answer questions. If you enjoy working nights, second shift is perfect for you.
Almost always sweating because it was always hot.

Schneider has designed processes and mechanisms to encourage employees to take ownership of their careers. This could sound like cliché, but life is meant to be enjoyed. By preparing yourself, working with excellence, taking the required steps and owning your career path; eventually you'll reach the right place for you and your beloved ones. A job is a mean to live; you might as well look for the job you love.
There are still many walls to break. Even though processes are set in place, people bias are still there. There are still issues to be solved regarding the selection process on HR (what school did you attend, what type of background do you have, place of origin, etc). And some of those issues are still big blockers for career growth
