Inclusive and welcoming to women engineers. Everyone is treated with respect, kindness, and trust. Continuous support, including mental well-being. SE invests in employee growth, with many long-term, great colleagues. Flexible work environment. Problems are quickly identified and resolved.

Good work-life balance (Based on your Project and Manager, but overall it's good ) Flexible work hours, WFH, and WFO options Good leave benefits and Flexible Medical benefits Stock options, if you want to buy with limited matching from the company Good parking and office space 1 month of parenting leave for new fathers They support you for M.Tech or MBA if you are interested
No live kitchen as in catering service apart from the one on the ground floor of the complex, they have a good in-office cafeteria for you to eat your home-bought food, with a vending machine for some snacks or drinks The review system is broken, the 360 degree feedback is a name sake as all the ratings and percentages are already decided by the top management and told to your manager, the manager has little to no authority to change that. Low appraisals or longer promotion cycles
Industrial engineer
I started as an Intern and was converted into a Full Time Employee. During my transition as a Full Timer, I had the opportunity to help set up a brand-new factory in Dallas - Texas that helped me gain immense experience at the beginning of my career. I am forever grateful for the learning curve and everything that SE has offered. Has been a great company with great people to work around.
I would like to have more training set up when a new employee starts. As a beginner, it can be slightly challenging to understand the business unit and more training would definitely give more confidence to perform better.
Product applications engineer
The working environment and colleagues are great and chill. Can flexible to arrange time. Good place to self-enhancement.
Salary is not good enough. Work-life balance is not always. It's a lot more work than you think.
