Great people to work with. Very good flexibility for working from home. A very large number of interesting projects to work on. Great gender diversity across front line managers and pretty good for the executive management level (Australia is doing really well and better than many other regions). Good support to both Mum and Dad before and after parental leave. Good internal mobility options both within Australia and international. Good and caring executive management.
Pay is generally standard market rate (more or less) depending on your role and pay increase hasn't kept up with the high inflation in the recent years unless you get a promotion to just keep up with the inflation or change role internally.

Since businesses in China - East Asia faced headwinds for the past few quarters, numerous redundancies have been made. The HR leadership team, in my opinion, did not do a proper job of managing the redundancy process (no accountability at all). This has created an outflow of great SE talents to the competitors and unhappiness within.

Last years has become too political. Generates frustration and affects professional evolution.
