Great place to be a senior Engineer as well as for more junior Engineers to gain experience. - Company really walks the walk in sustainability efforts. - Company takes work life balance seriously, understands that rested and balanced employees deliver better work. - Highly profitable. Large and stable without being slow, stagnant, or boring.
No significant cons that stand out relative to the eight other companies I've worked at previously. SE has many of the same challenges that other companies deal with, but handles them as well or better than other places I've been.
