I don't have any cons due the large of the company

Basic salary is not good

mandatory OT with no exceptions aside from 1 exemption day every 6 months. Once out of 3 day sick flex paid time off you get per year get points upon being sick even if you have regular PTO remaining.

You may be sidelined sometimes as it is a big organization
