very stagnant, no personal growth enablers

In my group, the relationship was very bad.

Leadership is driving the company into the ground and all the best talent is jumping ship left and right. We haven't gotten raises or bonuses in 2 years and the layoffs seem to just keep coming.

U can forget about getting promotion

Low pay... Not much career advancement.

Managers at Burger King have more Emotional Intelligence then these clowns.

- Conservative development approach, many outdated technologies

People mindset is not good. They are very lethargic, feel and work like its some govt dept. Least bothered about how technology is changing.

Do not expect high salary

Company is plagued with financial problems, chronic redundancies, and a very uncertain future. Management is short sighted and fluctuates between completely absent, and frantic micromanaging. Poor retension of experienced staff makes it very difficult to drive meaningful success in projects. Progress and pay is poor in comparison to similar companies over the border. If you arent from Derry you will probably find the area dull and very insular (Me and my wife are from only a 2 hour drive away but locals act like we're from mars)

Slow to promotion because you'll need projects, but still depends on the group.

Lower pay than market average for software engineers. Not very exciting for those who are enthusiastic about tech and software development.

I was at the front-end process which hardly have any other skills to be learned, requested but there wasnt any given.

Caught between US and China geopolitics

Retirement village, all old employee, no succession plan.

incompetent boss and be wary of a high retrenchment. not a good company to stay with HIGH RETRENCHMENT.

Full of politics and ignoring the talent

Upper management's shortsightedness is going to lead to the ultimate demise of what was an awesome company and a world leader/innovator in the global marketplace.

Highly bureaucratic, very poor leadership team, and a stagnant working environment. Pay has not kept pace with inflation.

Terrible ethics and terrible leaders. Bonus program for leaders and minimum pay for employees.

Sunset technology. Unclear direction from upper management.
